About us

Rooted in farming. Growing with the Philippines.

REALM Group Philippines connects farmers, producers and rural communities with the machinery, livestock, land, finance and know-how they need to farm smarter and more sustainably.

Our story

Built by people who understand life on the land.

REALM Group began in 1992 in Warragul, Victoria, in Australia’s dairy and beef country. Its founders saw farmers juggling a dozen websites, dealers and phone numbers just to buy a tractor, sell hay or find finance.

So REALM set out to bring it all into one trusted place, run by people who understand life on the land. Today that network stretches across Australia, America, Canada, New Zealand, Fiji and the Philippines.

REALM Group Philippines is the network’s home for Filipino farmers, from the rice terraces and corn lands of Luzon to the sugar and coconut country of the Visayas and the plantations and ranches of Mindanao. Meet the REALM people in the Philippines on Our team.

Our mission

A greener farming future that fits real farm conditions.

To connect producers with global agricultural solutions, from smarter machinery and livestock management to finance that fits real farm conditions.

Farmers first

Every tool we build starts with what makes a producer’s day easier.

Honest dealing

Clear fees, verified licenses and open conversations on every listing.

Sustainability that pays

Greener practices only last if they also make business sense.

Bayanihan

Neighbors helping neighbors: a farmer in Mindanao and a farmer in Canada have more in common than you’d think.

The Philippine eagle, our national bird

The Philippine eagle (Pithecophaga jefferyi) became the country’s national bird in 1995 through Proclamation No. 615. It lives only in the Philippines, in the forests of Luzon, Samar, Leyte and Mindanao, and the International Union for Conservation of Nature lists it as critically endangered.

Healthy forests protect the watersheds that our rice fields, coconut farms and pastures depend on. Farming well and caring for the land go together; that is the same spirit of bayanihan we want for every REALM community.
