- Heavy rain: 25 mm or more in the day. Check drains and keep palay and feed off the floor.
- Strong wind: 10 m/s (36 km/h) or more. Not a good spray day.
- Heat stress: 35 °C or more. Give animals shade and plenty of water.
- Frost risk: 2 °C or less (rare here, mostly in the highlands).
