How we work it out
- Per head: weight paid on (liveweight, or liveweight × dressing % for carcass) × pesos per kg.
- What you keep: total minus commission (% of the total), levies and fees, and freight (per head).
- Net ₱/kg liveweight: what you keep per head ÷ liveweight - a fair way to compare a field, saleyard and over-the-hooks offer.
